• Your deposit will be credited towards any treatment you choose to proceed with during your appointment.
• If treatment is not clinically appropriate or you are not suitable for treatment, your deposit will cover the cost of your consultation and the practitioner's time and expertise.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.
• Please email us before making any changes to your booking.
• If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment where a patient is ineligible, or where treatment is not considered clinically appropriate.
