• If treatment is not clinically appropriate or you are not suitable for treatment, your deposit will cover the cost of your consultation and the practitioner's time and expertise.

• We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.

• If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited.
